I am an experienced consultant, coach, and former leader specializing in organizational development and change management. My work is notable for increasing effectiveness, strengthening talent, and boosting engagement through human-centered approaches and experience design. I am both extremely analytical and organized and highly collaborative, with a substantial record of transforming ideas and visions into thriving programs and initiatives. Years in the field has allowed me to develop particular expertise in building consensus to solve problems and unearth solutions among diverse constituencies.
I have a M.S. in Organizational Change Management from The New School and am also an accomplished landscape and portrait photographer, which has honed my visual intelligence and made me a keen observer of social behaviors and interactions.
